Our Commitment

At MindThought, quality is not optional — it is the baseline. Every piece that leaves our fulfilment partners goes through a quality check before it reaches you. If something doesn't meet that standard, we take full responsibility.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered (please refer to the size guide on each product page before purchasing)
  • Colour variations between screen display and the physical item

We strongly encourage you to review the size guide and product description carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us at contact.mindthought@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number
  • Attach clear photos showing the issue — the item, the defect, and the packaging

Once verified, we will either resend your order at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

The item does not need to be returned in cases of damage or defect.


Refund Eligibility for Non-Delivery

If you believe your parcel was not delivered, we take every claim seriously and will work with you and our logistics partner to investigate thoroughly.

However, the following documents are required before we can process a refund or open a formal investigation:

  1. A written statement signed and dated, confirming that the package was not received (attestation on honor)
  2. A copy of the shipping tracking number or proof of dispatch provided at the time of purchase
  3. A copy of your valid government-issued ID (front and back)
  4. A copy of the official police report (complaint) filed for non-receipt of goods

These documents are mandatory. Claims submitted without the complete documentation cannot be processed.

Please send all required documents to contact.mindthought@gmail.com within 7 days of filing your claim. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for review.

Once all documents are received and verified, we will respond within 5 business days with next steps.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order has already entered the fulfilment process and cannot be cancelled or modified.

To request a cancellation within this window, email us immediately at contact.mindthought@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line:

"Cancellation Request — [Order Number]"


Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • PayPal — 1-3 business days
  • Credit / Debit card — 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Klarna / Shop Pay — subject to their own processing timelines

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank before reaching out to us — processing delays are often on the bank's end.
