1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MindThought website and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

3. Products

a) Product descriptions We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. We do not guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate.

b) Sizing A size guide is available on each product page. It is your responsibility to consult the size guide before placing an order. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

c) Limited availability MindThought operates on a limited drop model. Products are released in limited quantities and are not guaranteed to be restocked once sold out. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) for UK customers and EUR (€) for European customers, inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

MindThought does not operate permanent sales or discounted pricing. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final price.

5. Orders & Payment

a) Placing an order By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order enters fulfilment and a shipping confirmation is sent.

b) Payment We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

c) Order cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact.mindthought@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Order Number]"

After this window, your order has entered the fulfilment process and cannot be cancelled or modified.

d) Refused or failed transactions We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing due to technical error, or unavailability of the product. In such cases, you will be fully refunded within 5-10 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

a) Delivery times Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs delays, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.

b) Shipping responsibility Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier. MindThought is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

c) Incorrect address It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. MindThought is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs incurred to reship an order due to an incorrect address will be charged to the customer.

d) Customs and import duties For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. MindThought has no control over customs processes and cannot predict or guarantee customs clearance times.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the MindThought website — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product designs, typography, photography, copy, and visual identity — is the exclusive property of MindThought and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:
