1. Overview

At MindThought, every order is handled with care and dispatched as quickly as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do if something goes wrong with your shipment.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.


4. Free Shipping

United Kingdom : Free shipping is applied automatically on all UK orders. No minimum order value required.

Europe : Free shipping is applied automatically on all European orders over £60 / €60. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat rate of £4.95 / €4.95.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your order in real time

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact.mindthought@gmail.com


6. Delivery Issues

a) Delayed orders Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend:

  1. Checking your tracking link for the latest update
  2. Contacting your local post office or delivery depot
  3. Reaching out to us at contact.mindthought@gmail.com if the issue persists

b) Lost orders If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after dispatch, contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with our shipping partner on your behalf.

Please note that lost order claims are subject to our Non-Delivery Refund Policy outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy. Required documentation must be submitted within 7 days of filing your claim.

c) Returned to sender If your order is returned to our fulfilment partner due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcel, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is your sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. MindThought cannot be held liable for orders lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address immediately after placing your order, contact us within 24 hours at contact.mindthought@gmail.com — we will do our best to update it before your order enters fulfilment.

After this window, address changes cannot be guaranteed.


8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

United Kingdom customers : No customs duties apply to domestic UK orders.

European customers : Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country's regulations and the order value. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

MindThought has no control over customs processes, fees, or clearance times. We are unable to predict or reimburse any customs charges applied to your order.

If you are unsure about potential customs charges in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.


9. Shipping Partners

MindThought works with the following logistics partners to fulfil and ship your order:

  • T-Shirt and Sons — UK fulfilment and dispatch
  • Monster Digital EU — European fulfilment and dispatch

Carrier used for final delivery may vary depending on your location and will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.


10. Sustainability

Our fulfilment partners operate from within the UK and EU. This means your order travels the shortest possible distance to reach you — reducing our carbon footprint without compromising on delivery speed.

All our products are printed on 100% organic cotton garments. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact at every step of the process.
