TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

MindThought

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the MindThought website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms without reservation.

2. Products

MindThought sells apparel and accessories produced using a Print-On-Demand model.

  • Products are manufactured only after an order is placed

  • Colors, placement, and final appearance may slightly vary from digital mockups

  • All product descriptions are provided for informational purposes

MindThought reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Prices

Prices:

  • Exclude shipping fees (calculated at checkout)

  • May be modified at any time, but orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase

MindThought is not responsible for pricing errors; obvious errors may result in order cancellation and refund.

4. Orders

An order is considered final once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been sent by email.

MindThought reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons

  • Limit quantities per order

Due to the Print-On-Demand nature, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

MindThought does not store or have access to customers’ payment information.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are defined in the Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events do not entitle the customer to compensation.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, the right of withdrawal does not apply, except in cases of defect or error.

Returns or refunds are accepted only if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  • The incorrect item was received

Supporting photos may be required.

8. Liability

MindThought cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of products, including loss of income or opportunity.

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, visuals, texts, and products sold by MindThought are protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, resale, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the purchase process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of  European Union.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
